Before you start
Do I need a contract?
No. Plans bill monthly and you can cancel from account settings in two clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
What if I send more texts than my plan includes?
Extra texts cost 2.5 cents each and show on next month's bill. You get an alert at 80 percent of your allowance, and you can set a hard cap.
Can I keep my business phone number?
Yes. You can text-enable an existing landline or toll-free number, or pick a new local number at no extra cost.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
No. It drafts replies and summaries. A person on your team reviews and sends each one.
